As you open to self love, those things that are not serving will naturally fall away. You do not need to force change, but surrender to the heart. Your Higher Self is leading this journey and you to what is needed to grow and evolve spiritually. This higher state of being is always there, guiding you and loving you completely. Everything is already within you, you have the answers you seek within. Spiritual growth is an individual journey assisting the heart to open.
